A few rounds of Nitro qualifying last night after the big storm went through, all I can say is OH MY GOD.

TV doesn't do this justice, not even close.

Also a big THANK YOU to the Tony Stewart Racing people who gave us a ride back to the camper - it was very much appreciated.

Unfortunately we won't.
With the long days this time of year everything is wrapped up before it gets dark enough.
Our best chance was Friday, a big storm came through and pushed everything back a few hours. Even with that they were able to get things finished up before it got real dark.

Packing up this morning, heading to see some of the wife's family for a few days before heading home.

This has been a blast and a 100% "will do again".

On a side note, it is sooo nice not having to be the first ones out of the campground in the morning. Up until now we'd always have to be up early and on the road, usually before 5am, to get home in time to get back to work. Thankfully those days are behind us.

Yea, I think he was racing the "Mongoose" at Pomona when I was there.
