well after a long long long long long long long long long long long long long looooooooooooooooooooooooong summer, my baby finally made it to the dealer and is fully assembled. i went and saw her today, almost brought a tear to my eye. but the sad thing is i can't bring her home till next saturday, because my dealer wants to display the sled at the open house.

i am so freakin happy, it definatley made my day. now i need some white stuff and i'll be all set. i'll post some picts the next time i go down there and take some of it. The sled is pretty much the same as what it was in the spring shows, EXCEPT, for some reason, BRP forgot to put the lightweight racing snowflap on it and instead put the regular kind. *%@? my dealer will hopefully solve this problem. everything else tho is accounted for on the sled. LET IT SNOW, LET IT SNOW, LET IT SNOW!!!!!

Sweet, the dealer I talked to here said it wouldn't be until the middle of Oct. before seeing them.

In all honesty that is what I thought first as well!! But than I thought it would be a good chance to score some cool pics of a sled owned by you on display! I just wouldn't stick around long because while everyone was crawling around on it I would be ready to lose it!!

o believe me, no one will crawling on it cause its gonna be up on a shop lift and taped off, and it will have a sold tag with my name on it. so im not worried about it. monday im gonna pick some accessories to dress her up with so hopefully they give me a good deal.

The snow flap you are talking about is not in the newest accessory catalog now either, must be they are not offering it. You'll have to order the real race flap off the 440.

Atta boy. Good for you. Cant wait to see everyones new rides as they get the call.........COME AND GET IT!! Yeah baby. They way I see it, you help the dealer a little...then maybe they help you sometime when you need it.

I tried to order the lighweight xr-s flap this summer and it was discontinued. So I guess its the stock flap or 440(which can be a pain with reverse). I was wondering what it was coming with.

There's nothing like getting a new sled. The dreams of an icy cold, snowy winter, the mental image of you in your gear sitting on the sled. Planning where you'll go on her. I think it's great. Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy.
