The snow is coming so why should they give any better rebates? Do what I did. I took out a loan with my credit union at a lower rate. They cut a check and I bought the sled from the dealer. The very next day I went back to my credit union and paid off said loan. When asked why I wanted to do that. I said because I don't want to give you any more money than I have to in interest payments. They seemed annoyed and confused. Oh well...

That and vote accordingly to stop the insanity!

 

This makes ZERO sense. Why go through all that trouble getting a loan and having them run your credit and getting a check. You said you paid off the loan the next day. If you had the money why would you even go through all that trouble. Why not just write your own check????

Believe it or not, I fought with them about that too. They have a limit on how much a personal check can be written for. Which is why I was pissed going in the very next day to pay off the $hitty loan.

 

Nooo. You took it wrong. If you had the money, Why didn't you just write your own check right to the ski doo dealer??

 

Oh boy, why not just pay dealer with a personal check or a cashiers check instead of wasting your time with a bank loan at all?

Go to the used market boys. I just scooped a 2022 MXZ-X 850 with 1100 miles and a few extras for a song! Plus warranty.

 

There are even new 23 and 24s people bought last fall with zero miles on them. Example is a 2024 600 blizzard $12k private owner.

 

Yeah not much of an offer from Doo on these holdover units but then again, seems like the Polaris dealers around me have a lot more leftover inventory compared to the Doo dealers. Was tempted to put my 24 Blizzard up for sale since it's still brand new with 0 miles and buy a holdover Polaris but I'll stick with what I got, especially if we have another dismal winter and more deals can be had next year.
