Happy New Years Dootalk...

Last year I got water in my premium gauge on my 14 Freeride and it stopped working, anyways found a used one.. does the gauge need to be re-flashed at the dealer or are they just plug and play??

In the meantime while waiting for the new gauge to arrive can I ride the sled with no gauge, any harm in that?

Thanks

Don't absolutely quote me on this. My neighbor bought a wrecked sled a few years ago to rebuild and the premium guage cluster was missing. He bought a new premium cluster from BRP and he told me it was plug and play, no BUDS needed because it was brand new and "unassigned" to an ECU when new.

Just plug it in and try it.

Oh... you found a used one.

Different issue, yes a used one will have to be mated to your sleds ecu. Check the classifieds. A guy there does that.
