Need Help With Carb Before Winter...

Can anyone tell me the stock settings for the carb on my citation 250. Its a vm-34 from my knowledge.

Can someone please look this up, my sled is leaning out and i have the needle on the richest setting, i have my oil line plugged off, so its not pulling air form there, carb boot is good and air box flange is good. the only thing i can think if is a crank seal maybe? (by the way, i run premix if ur wonderin bout the oil line)
