2014 freeride 800 e-tec.installed a new steering stem put everything together and now the sled wont go over 2900 rpm then it starts back firing.any ideas I'm thinking something is not plugged in correctly or in the wrong spot.
It sure sounds Ike something may not have been plugged into the correct spot.
Does the sled beep?
Could be as simple as not having the tether secured all the way?
Not that it helps you now, but I take masking tape and number any connection I undo when I'm working with multiple connections so I know where they go. I usually take pictures as well for routing so I know where the wires ran.
