I think I'm going to put the 440 style flap on it does anybody have any thoughts or advice about doing this? Yes,I know I will have to be very carful with reverse anything else?

Sled looks nice... I hate how those hand guards Doo uses, they look like junk IMO.... Need some billet idlers and your set, maybe a taller windshield, i have a short one like that and it sucks.. just ordered a medium cobra by sportech....

There is a copycat 440 snowflap that will fit consumer revs and allow for reverse. Its in the 07 accessory catalog. The real 440 racing snowflap is huge and probably get stuck when you go in reverse.

Yea,that flap was supposed to be on the XRS but it was discontinued and no longer available.

is it just me or does the picture show 4 rear idler wheels instead of the uaually three. Anyways still waiting for mine i will post pics when i go get it lol

Very nice sled.Saw these at the spring break Not to sure if I like the seat.It must of set you back a bundle?
Im more of an interset in the Blizzard 800 probaly but hearing af all the previous problems I think I'll wait to see what the word is out on the new 800-R.

I've got the 440x flap on my sled, if you use reverse it will suck the flap right under. I don't ever use reverse so its no big deal but if you plan on using it don't bother getting the 440 flap.

i noticed my 06 has the middle inner idler wheels are offset,,i see yours are too. ,, thought mine was moved but couldnt see any marks on the rails of that,,,what purpose does that serve?

no 800's in that im aware of, my dealers saying third week in october for mine which sucks cuz where i live we just got 2' of snow with a state of emergency and could have been cruisin the roads the last 24 hours or so!!

Did anyone notice that they have black caps on the rear wheels? I ordered 440 wheels for my sled and the stock caps do not fit. (caps are too loose) Hopefully BRP puts the parts fiche online for the new XRS 121 soon. The xrs summit fiche is already on their site and the rear wheel caps are the same part number as my stock ones?

Heres my sled with the missing rear wheel caps:

I bet the XR-S doesn't use the 440 wheels. The black wheels look better w/o the center covers IMO.
