My New Favorite Show - MYTHBUSTERS

I love the show Mythbusters. Adam & Jamie are a riot, Carie is a fox and the recreations are remarkable. Anyone else hooked??

It's a great show! I love how they answer "myths" you hear people talking about. My favs are the tailgate down saving gas (false) and a/c uses noticeably more gas (false). It's cool to see them test things first hand.

yeah, thats one of my favorite shows when I get to watch TV. There is one "myth" I completely disagree with. They said you couldn't blow up a shotgun barrel when the end is jammed full of something. I have seen this first hand while goose hunting a few years ago, and that barrel blew right apart. It wasn't dirt or snow, it was defective shell, which didnt have very much powder in it, but enought energy to drop a goose, and operate the action, but left the wad in the gun, which, when the next good shell was shot, the pressure from it caused the barrel to blow into pieces.

I have seen some good stuff on there, but I think the best one was the one they did on prison weapons, and they made a crossbow out of newspaper.

I like it, but I like Dirty Jobs more. I think that he is the perfect guy for the job. Some of the things that they show on there are crazy....

mythbusters is an awsome show , i like the episode were they blow up the dummy on a toilet when he drops his cigerette in the bowl ... funny stuff

Yeah, last night they were blowing up Lava lamps on a stovetop and testing steel toed boots. Here is a link to the company that Jamie owns. This guy must be a mega-millionare, look at some of the companys he has done commercials for....

They tried to bust the jet pack video yesterday. They couldn't build a good enough jet pack so they called it busted. I'm not so sure myself. Check it out HERE

Yeah, they called it busted pretty much because they couldn't get the bottles to all launch at the same time. I wanted them to use the Water Jugs!
