Seperating the old shingles so I could splice the new ones in was a major pita, good thing I have a heat gun.

I know... sux, it's what was on the house and shed when I bought... it will be years before I can replace..... I had to jack the shed up about 5 or 6 inches on the end with the new piece to get it level before building on.
