Great choice. I have a 2016 MXZ TNT 900 Ace and not parting with it, ever. Ice ripper track, 6.9 Pilots, 6" Doolies with 4" edge carbides on the skis. 19 MPG on Standard or Econo, with 16 MPG on Sport. Runs regular gas. Oil level is rock steady all season. The 120" track with the smooth torque curve is perfect for the twisties while the rMotion sucks up the bumps. An amazing ride.
My buddy has a 2021 900 ace turbo for sale. I’m not sure of all the specifics, but could get them if you are interested. I know it is in New Hampshire. Renegade 137 Enduro. Upgraded front chassis shock and upgraded front shocks which are rebuildable. Extremely clean with between 1600 and 1800 miles. It was his buddies wife’s sled. I’m pretty sure it has a wrap
thanks for this! We picked up a renegade 900 ACE this winter and it’s been incredible. It’s been such a comfortable platform for longer rides. I’m this case I’m going to try and hold out and see if I can find a shorter track for my second ACE. But if that plan changes, I’ll certainly let you know.

It's a shame they quit putting them in the short track....
Agreed! I wonder if there was some sort of cost savings for manufacturing if short track is all two stroke. I really appreciated the previous positioning of flexibility - choose your platform, choose your engine, choose your options.

Probably not. The 4-stroke tunnel shouldn't be any different than the 2-stroke tunnel and the 2-stroke tunnel of course comes in both lengths. Either way cost doesn't matter, Skidoo passes the cost onto the customer. Though at some point it is easier to manufacture fewer different models. I'm sure Skidoo's tested 129 4-strokes. My guess in, in the G4, the 129 doesn't ride or handle noticeably different than a 137. It's only 1 or 2 more lugs on the ground.
