Kind of confused by your description. Is it frozen or are the cells dry?
If frozen be careful when it thaws, the case can be cracked and leak the electrolyte. Never charge a frozen battery.
If the cells are just dry, top them off with distilled water and charge it.

Most likely that battery is shot. I have never seen one have a useful life after freezing.

Probably shot. I've had great luck with glass mat batteries in my various machines. More expensive, but I get three times the life out of them.

Did you store it over the summer sitting on a concrete floor. That will kill it for sure.

Back in the day model T batteries were made of wood and left on a concrete floor the would drain. Todays history lesson. If a modern battery dies it can freeze then its junk.
