Does this seem right to anyone? I had the adjuster out today to take a look at my sled and his labor hours seem off but I have no way of proving it.

2011 GSX 1200 SE

Heres the items that need to be replaced:

Upper A arm

Lower A arm

S Module

E Module

Front shock

Lower ball joint

Ski

Skeg

Labor hours 11.0 for a total of $721.50 (@65/hour)

The amount of hours seems OK.

The $ per hour.......not even close. Call your dealer and ask the service manager what they charge. I'd say over a hundred. $65 an hour was a few years ago.

Tell your adjuster to get an updated book. I'll bet his parts pricing is off too.

My experience with making an insurance claim is that if you are going to make the repairs yourself they will only pay you 1/2 the current shop rate in your area. Otherwise, that is a low labor charge. The charge around here can be from $85.00-$125.00/HR.
