I just got a set of v force reeds for my 500 ss and what a differnce it made....... I was wondering if anyone knew where i could get a boost bottle that would fit on a 500 ss ......... seen it before but i do not knnow where to get one please help??

It's an aftermarket device that connects the carb boots/reed cages to "equilize the pressure" between them. Some sleds run better with them some don't.

Oddly enough that engine came with one in the ZX chassis. According to BRP it is easier to tune and calibrate w/o one though.

I to put the v-force on my 500ss, never again would I spend that much money for that little gain. Slight throttle response diff and that was it. And know jetting change needed for me. I know it did not make any diff due to the fact that my friend has a stock 500ss and stays right there beside me,for the most part.

If your motor is stock reeds are not worth it. Now if you add a pipe and do some internal motor work they make a more noticeable difference.
