Well im no pro like those guys but i read a thread started by BJ, and on te dyno he hit the best numbers at 8000 (if i remember right), but out on the lake his but dyno said that 8400-8500 was the sweet spot. pulled way harder there than down lower.Why does this kit have to rev so high? On a big twin the higher the piston speed the greater the chance of crank failure. About the highest piston speed you want to run is around 4000 feet per second for prolonged engine life. And I believe the 800 Doo motor is spinning that in the 8000RPM range? Can anyone verify that? Has anyone ever dynoed this kit to see just where this kit really does make it's max HP and torque? BJ, have you? Kelsey, have you? This is the only concerne of mine for this kit. Other than that, it looks like a very clean, finished product.
