Ok,
Engine bulid up is done, BUDGET rear axle kit is on, just need new track, BMP's pipe and muffler ( Maybe )
But what to do with all white marks on the panels?!!! Do I need new panels, or have the rest of you guys come up with reasonable fix for the marks on these panels?

you can try heat, when I used to ride Yamaha sport wheelers, I would use a heatgun on the fenders whenever she went for a tumble, and it removed the discoloring by about 90%, maybe try a small corner first...

I like them, they have the Levi's stone washed look. You would have to pay big bucks to get look in Beverly Hills

Have those been bent or something?

Stone washed, I like that, just not the looks!
Nope, never been bent. In fact, they started dooing that after the fist ride when I got it.
Might give the heat a try and see what goes POP
Thanks

What about the storage cover? Mine rubs my painted panels in those areas when I tow it covered on an open trailer.
G
No cover anymore. Throw it in a box these days, and drive away.
It is mostly on the left panel, as some might say, it is from opening and closing the panel a 100 times a ride to tweek on it! Nah, that can't be it!
Maybe some paint? (see back sled)

Yes, I thought about going the paint route. Whats the prep like, and kind of paint to use. I painted many in the older days, but that was then.
