I recently redid the top end on my 06 SkiDoo 500ss (lasted 6200 miles). It broke a ring on start up & damaged the piston. So we had the jugs bored .050 over, put in new pistons, rings, gaskets, went through the carbs, installed new Reed Force 3 reeds, new boots, etc.

We also previously installed a Mbrp can (mild one)

Question: Between the .050 over, new reeds, & the can, how far up should we jet this? The sled always ran great & showed no signs of running lean before, but with the boring, I know we need to rejet it.

Thanks for any helpful advise!

Do a jet pass and read the plugs... Wouldn't hurt to jet up before doing the jet pass...
