j&t or hps

I know there are 10 pages of posts on here about silencers ,which is the best, which is the loudest, which one loses or gains hp. I have read them all and still can't decide between j&t & hps. I live in Canada and ride mostly in isolated areas so iam not to concerned about how loud it is and I will not get any trails closed if it is to loud. All i am trying to find is which is the all around better pipe. I think sound wise they are both loud, so if you have sound clips of these please post or if you just have an opinion of one over the other that is fine to. OH yeh better let you know it's for a 04 mxzx 600 ho sdi. I will be oredering my pipe in the next couple of days so help me decide. Thanks for any help.

I basically have your same sled with a HPS can on it and love it. I am biased of course. Go to the recent HPS thread that should still be on the first screen by Slead head dude and view the video clip of me with my HPS can. I can't say anything bad about HPS or J & T. I have heard nothing but good about both. M<aybe go with wich ever is cheaper.

Anyone know where i can get a hps ceramic coated..... i am parting out my sled so maybe we can make a deal? Let me know anyone???? Would be great to help eachother out with parts...

A friend of mine had a J&t on his 05 Gade x 600sdi with that can his sled
only topped out at 78mph!! He took it off at the end of last season
now it pushes over the 100 mph mark. PM JasonF. about that.

thanks looked through your post from last night hps seems pretty good. Did'nt realize j&t loses that much top end.

Pretty hard to re-jet a 600SDI
If he bought the silencer from us brand new and it is for a SDI We can usually fix the problem. But if we do not know we cannot fix

I had my skidoo rep. Tell me tha a Dyno port was a good can. I got it just right it's loud then you put the throttle to the bars, big weight loss when you re move stock. Little more HP. Dyno port is out of NY and have both metel and ceramic pips.
