Is it okay to use Iso-Heet in SDI systems? My concern is that it may slowly deteriorate the fuel line because of the harsh chemicals that negatively effect some other engines.

Any ideas?

If you don't use Iso and you get water in your fuel it'll gernade your Engine, so i'd rather have the fuel dry.
I've never heard of Iso eating fuel lines.

Use Seafoam, it's does the same thing and it contains no alcohol. I believe it's petroleum based.

The book says to run ISO. I've done it for years with never an issue. ISO isn't the other stuff that does eat away at stuff. Just make sure it's at least 99% isopropyl alcohol and you'll be fine.

NAPA is one of the major retailer's of it, I picked up mine at my local Murray's Discount Auto store.

Seafoam is great I use it decarbonize the top end of motors for my car and stablize the gas for storage. Good product I bet it will help keep the RAVE's clean too!
