Is there anything better than the Klim Arctic balaclava?

It's time for a couple of new balaclavas for the old gear bag. I wear a MX/open style helmet with goggles. I've been using the Klim Arctic balaclavas for a few years and love the built in breathe box but they are getting worn and it's time for some new ones. Before I go out and replace them with the same is there anything else out there that's better these days? We do mostly high speed trail riding so warmth is major factor. Thanks.

I have a 509 carbon fiber mx style helmet and goggles as well and I use the Ski Doo mountain balaclava. It's comfortable, warm and diverts all your breath downward. It also tucks into your collar quite a ways so no worry of any air or snow drifting down your back.

I haven't use the Klim, but I have 0 complaints about the Doo one.

Edit:

Fwiw... I just looked up the Klim Arctic and from the pictures I like the design better than the Doo one. I might actually upgrade mine to those. Still no issues with Doo and 20 bucks cheaper, but the Klim does seem superior.

I have the klim arctic and the Doo mountain baclava and between the two have way more issues with the sealing my goggles on the Klim. It also seems to pull out from under my jacket all the time too. It is a little bit warmer when I can get it set right but for the price like most Klim stuff its just to expensive, I'd also like to hear what others are wearing, I to trail ride and warmth is a priority.

I used to use the Ski Doo Mountain - until I tried a Klim Arctic. I now own 2 or 3 Klims, I'm not sure where my Doo Mountains are.

The only balaclava better or as good as the klim arctic is the castle deflector. It’s a copy of it. It’s cheaper too.

I've tried both the klim arctic and glacier and I personally like the FXR black-ops elite balaclava better. The elite has a zipper and Velcro tab behind the neck that allows you to Tighten up the head piece so it's nice and snug with zero air gaps. Adjustable nose piece too works well for me.

They are all similar designs you just need to find the one that works best for you.

Started out with a No-Fog neoprene mask with a Turtle-fur balaclava for years and sealed up my goggles great. Hated wearing 2 head pieces but it worked awesome. Tried the Klim Arctic and love it. Have been using it for years and it seals up awesome. I have a Klim Glacier as well and like the lighter weight material, but I don't think it seals up as well as the Arctic so I don't wear the Glacier very much. I have a Klim F3 helmet with lots of ventilation to help while wearing the Arctic and playing off-trail working up a sweat.

Do you guys wear the breath deflector with the Klim Arctic or do you go without?
Take it out. I also take my helmet and gorilla tape all the ventilation ports on the inside of the helmet.
With my Klim F3 carbon helmet, I also got the windstopper liner to put in to further isolate the wind from passing thru the helmet.
I wear my snowcross helmet for high speed trail riding and I am quite comfortable with this setup down to -5 below zero.
The windshield on my sled is only 5 inches tall.

once it gets to -10 and colder I switch to a different style helmet.
