Looking for a jacket and pants. Hard to find stuff in Canada online without high shipping. What does Non Current mean on some stuff? Last years? I’m a ski doo brand but hard to find a suit I like. Klim is nice. What are your thoughts? Thanks

Just bought gloves and the thumb was sewn incorrectly on one of them. Sent pictures and they still grilled me like they were doing me a favor. They make nice stuff but not great to deal with

Happy with my Klim gear..All is at least 10 years old..Not sure about new stuff, since they were purchased by Polaris. FXR has some neat stuff about adding flotation that might be desirable if you ride on lakes.

Big supporter of the BRP outerwear, Klim makes great under garments, helmets and goggles. My riding acquaintances who wear Klim outerwear are always complaining about, dryness, warmth, wear ability and warranty.

I have all Klim gear including complete second layer pants and jacket. I'm very pleased with it.

My wife has the same second layer stuff but has absolute zero Doo pants and Doo jacket and she is pleased with it.

I think if you could get some non current Absolute zero Doo stuff at a good price I would go that route.

I think as long as you stick with the high end quality stuff from any manufacturer you will be good. Make sure you get waterproof breathable materials like Gortex or similar and unless you are a mountain rider get the warmer insulation also.

in 2015 I bought a Klim Jacket - a Keewanaw. Somehow it got up and walked away. really liked it, was lighter and warmer than my BRP jacket. Stopped at SS sports in Mercer where I bought the first one and tried on the new ones there and was disappointed in the fit and look. The arms were cut like they were made for pretzel sticks. could feel them binding up in the upper arms with just a long sleeve synthetic Skidoo pull over on and I'm not a fat armed person. And the design and styling was like they took a step backwards - plain and cheap looking and the price is still premier - walked away Disappointed to say the least. Online I found a new 2016 Klimate jacket for 220 bucks - bought it - it works decent but its bulkier and the sleeves are longer for the same size I had. Would like to try on a Tomahawk if I can find one to see if its just the cut that makes the arms feel tight. Would really like to come across my old jacket but have a feeling it was borrowed with no interest in returning it.

This year I went all Klim gear. Boots, jacket, pants, and just bought a Tec vest also. Sold my older Tec Vest. Yes I know Tec Vest makes the Klim Vest also>>>> But the fit was better for my body for some reason so I bought the vest. Over the last 10 years I have gone through jackets from Cabelas , Skidoo, and Klim and so far the Klim has been the best fit for my body. I have just a shell for the jacket and then layer with my Vest under the coat. And the pants are insulated. Went with the new Klutch boots also and for me they are the best fitting boots I have ever worn for my feet for snowmobiling.

I always felt as if the Skidoo stuff always felt so bulky to me. felt like the Midas man>>>>> Did have the pants from 10 years ago and liked them though>>>>

So now I have a closet with used sled clothes>>>>> I also have a Demon vest also if anybody is interested from years ago that just never felt right to me>>>Maybe I was to big back a few years ago>>>> :)

4 year old lightly used Adrenaline boot's soles came off, no warranty. Klimate gloves, bought many years ago, but came apart 2 years after purchase. Klimate coat and bibs bought 7 years ago, still going strong and I am very happy with that purchase.

Everyone's body is different. What fits me perfectly might not fit or work for others. Almost every clothing made now is adjustable so nothing fits perfect any more. It all depends on what you want or need. In my opinion... Klim fits me perfectly. I found FXR and arctiva was a bit to big. I have had to send 2 items back, one because of a zipper on a jacket and the other sowing cam out of the glove. I simply called, yes I had to wait patently and then they asked for the receipt and pictures. I emailed them and had a response in 2 day. If you follow their Proceedures and are not demanding, you will get them replaced. I can honestly say I purchased KLIM 2 motocycle mesh jackets this year, one for me and one for my wife. They are the BEST jackets out there as in motocycle jacket. Everywhere we went guys commented on them. Even the HARLEY guys. So for me and Klim is GREAT. I am/was more a offtrail rider so the stealth is great. When on trail the Vector is great. For the combo the KEWEE is awesome to layer. All three totally different jacket and fit. I really like the DAKAR jersey to wear under. Nice vents but also dry when digging out. So I really like it and it suits my needs. Everyone is different. Same with helmets. 509 Fits me perfect where klim does not. You really need to try stuff on and look at what and how it designed for. Like I said the Vector is a terrible jacket for offtrail but great for ontrail. What are your preferences? Trail, Offtrail, are you short or tall, large shoulder or large wasted, Do you sweat or always cold? Each jacket and maker is different. I recommend KLIM but it really needs to tried on and you need to know your body.

I like Klim jackets and bibs. The bibs I have now have to be the warmest I've ever worn. I was pretty happy with the jacket too.

Klim gloves on the other hand have not impressed me. I've tried on their boots and they were way to narrow for my hoofs.

So are they the best? I think that have some really good products and some products that could use improvement.

I like my Klim gear as well. It's 4 - 5 years old and still keeps me dry and keeps me from sweating. Use klim boots, pants, coat and gloves. I like them all!!
