I just ordered one up myself..It should come in the next few day's so your old sled...my new sled will have it too
I'm feeling the itch

Ted, cost is 95.00 i just installed mine recently! if you want some help with install i will give you a hand! this gauge is worth every penny! i will not run another sled without a temp gauge! How much do they cost?
Thanks for the feedback. We have had many positive responses about the kit from customers. BTW, we do have outside Air Temp. Gauge kits available for sale at the same price as the Water Temp Kits. We will post some pictures of them next week.I bought the digital led temperature gauge that Mashaw_35 sells in the stuff by dootalkers section above. It installed super easy. I'd consider this setup a must have for anyone that has a liquid cooled REV. It's cheaper than the Doo gauge, and more precise. Besides giving peace of mind, it looks great when the sled is running. I turned off the lights in the garage tonight just to watch it. It's sure to get attention at the local stops.

As long as you have a good thread sealant in there, I wouldn't worry too much about leaks. I tightened mine a little more than that, going by feel and turning very slowly, being carefull not to strip or crack the thermostat housing from crowding it too hard.quick question for those that have done the install.....after installing I still had some threads showing on the sensor....how tight did you guys install the sensor....finger tight and half a turn is the old standby but I do not want to have any leaking problems....
update:
Just fired up the sled and the gauge looks very cool and seems to be working fine with no leaks....can you overtighten these things?
