I have a '01 and I did the following:
Cudney Clutch Kit
Cudney Head
Boyseen Reeds + 1/4" spacers
1.25" Ripsaw + 144 woody's
"X" package Riser + bars
C-46 rear shock revalved
Front HPG shocks revavled
Dropped top gear from 26 tooth to 24 tooth

So far I'm really happy with the outcome. The clutch took a while to tune, but I think it's there now.
Enjoy!

I would defenitely put some Boyseen reeds in there and the reed spacer. I will be porting mine. Hopefully it gives me more.
