I just rebuilt my 04 800ho,due to the crank bearings exploding.It ran just fine yesterday on the first run,but i must of forgot to tighten the bleeder screw for the coolant,I washed the whole thing and topped off the coolant and now it wont idle.It will run but keeps shuting down and starting up again,just as if you pushed the reverse button,any ideas would be great because I'm leaving for yellowstone saturday..

Bring it in a heated garage and put a fan on it. Probably got some water in your switches. Try spraying some WD-40 (Water Displacement #40) in the handlebar cluster.

Doing that will definetly prbably will help but if you can trouble shoot this problem and find your bad connection then it wont happen down the trail. Is it going in reverse,will it run when drivingDid you take your computer out when you washed it?a little more info and someone will probably be able to help lots of great people hear.
