can anyone tell me if a 136 or 144 suspension will bolt up to a '03 rev ??

not directly no if it is a 121" for the 136 you will have to relocate the rear brackets and measure out hte correct distances from a 136 sled. It as anything can be done but for the amount of time and energy you are going to put into it you could get an extension kit and be done in less than half the time. and probably less cost.
