Yes you can and you can even get the seat cover itself I believe so you can reuse your original foam and frame and everything I think they run about 150 dollars for the cover only. Only other option would be to look in the classifieds here and see if someone is sellin one for cheap. So it depends on how much you want to spend for 150 you can pick your color order it and put in on or you can wait and read and search and maybe happen to find one Good luck
