If you have access to a drill press, you can make your own, from aluminum, like I do most of the time. find out how thick it needs to be(crushed), and buy some sheet aluminum. its more expensive than regular gaskets, but you have the assurance that they will never blow apart. You may want to contact a dealer that sold those those sleds when they were new, they might even have some left over, if you get lucky. As with most rare vintage sleds, its hunt and search game, but there are parts out there.

Why not try making a gasket from copper, should be able to find sheets of it in a craft store.Or you can have the cylinders o ringed and use wire to seal.

Im pretty sure the jug/head is iron on these old ones, which in that case, copper will work. If its aluminum, copper isnt a good idea.
