hand warmers
I was just curious that since the xrs has the 440 setup with the bars and doesn't have the pod on the left side with all the switches if you still have controll of the hand and thumb warmer seprately with high and low for each. I guess this question is to those that have 440's that are modded or stock. In all the pictures that i've seen it doesn't look like there are enough switches on the sled to controll them like this.

I don't know about how the X-RS will be but the 440's come with hand and thumb warmers from the factory. They are not independent of each other tho. You have Hi/low and off. You can't run your hand warmers and not the thumb warmer or vise-versa. The switch is mounted down on the cowl next to the gas cap on the 440.
thanks for the info. That's what I figured from the pictures that I have seen. I'm not a person that has complained at all about the sled not beeing close enogh to the race sled. I don't jump insane distances I just ditch bang hard and bought this sled mainly because of the shocks and stand up riding position. The hpg piggybacks on my old sled bottomed out to much. I'm just trying to figure out what i'm going to be in for to get the rest of the sled set up the way that I want it. Looks like i'll have to get creative since I use a heated shield and the switch for the hand warmers is in the hole that the jack goes in.
