My neighbour has a GT 550F with 4000km. Low end is great but at full throttle she stumbles, slack off to half throttle and she pulls again. The thing goes faster at 1/2 throrttle than full. New plugs, wires, and caps. Cleaned carbs factory jetting, needle placement, and running at sea level.

could it be a weak fuel pump? Weak coil?

Anyone experience this before, any suggestions?
