Obi had a great Canada Day yesterday. He rode on our Scouts float with all the kids (sat in the canoe). He didn’t get overwhelmed with all the people and music; he just sat with my son and took in all the festivities. Then he had a good play in the back yard followed by a family walk to watch some fireworks in the neighbourhood. They were popping off while he was playing out back and during our walk but he was fine. A couple got his attention but they didn’t cause him any stress. He was exhausted when we got home and fell asleep beside me. 😆

Obi likes boat rides. He rode in my old boat and my parents’ boat with no issues. He’s not sure of the water still but he is a good swimmer.

He’s a pretty happy dog. Very laid back considering he only turned 5 months old this week. Spent 9 days at the cottage and had zero “accidents” too. 👍
