Anyone have recommendations on units for sleds? I figure if I install one on the sleds it will cover the trailer too or should I have a unit on each? Are they easy to install and hide?

Anyone ever have one actually help get a stolen vehicle back?

I did that but everything seems to be more dedicated to cars. I was hoping to hear some real world trailer/sled experience

hate to say i, many of them would most likely have trouble if the unit ends up in a trailer, or a building.

In the bike condo theft world they are using cell jammers so even if it's stolen your wont know where it is. They fallow someone into the underground find a bike 2 guys pick it up toss it in the back and there gone. The signal is jammed and bike is striped

I recently seen that Best Buy has a tracking bug that you can put into a trailer or a sled or what ever else you wanna put it on.

I believe it use cell signal to track it.
