Google Earth vs Actual Picture

I love Google Earth!! I have used it for cadastral surveys. On some of the higher res areas, you can see the old surveyed lines because of the different way the land was used. Pretty good terrain model on your shot.

I have used it in my GIS class at colleg a couple of times. It is a pretty cool program.

What are you studying?

I can spend hours playing with that software...

and the resolution just keps getting better.

right now alaska seems to be the best, the grand canyoin is pretty good too!

In paris you can actually see people!

Now if we could only have real-time snooping!
