After changing gearing on more than a few Doo 800's it does make a difference in acceleration, some sleds more than others. Top end ususally remains the same if you drop one to two teeth.
I assume with the gears you're running that you have a Renegade, sorry can't help you there I only have experience with 121" sleds.
Why the Dynoport Pipe? There are better options for the Doo 800.
