Gearing On 2016 summit

I'm currently in the process of rebuilding my 2016 Summit sp 800 and I want to make it a little bit more fun on the mountain. I am out in Utah and generally ride around the 7000–10000-foot range. While I've had things torn apart, I've been thinking of gearing it down in the chain case from the factory as I don't feel like I've ever really revved the sled out in normal riding unless i was blasting across a meadow. I want it to have some more acceleration and less top speed. I've had good luck doing lower gearing like this on dirt bikes so I'm wondering if it translates well to the snow or if it is worth it. any help is greatly appreciated.

Track is a 154 for those wondering, I know the gearing changes quite a lot on different track lengths.

I believe 154 and 163 had same gearing but 174 was geared lower. 53T bottom gear IIRC.
