For those that use the spare 3 gallon fuel caddy, do you guys typically treat and leave alone until needed, or use every week or so and refill? I've been using and refilling it often, due to concerns about moisture? Thanks!

I've just been using the fuel once a month. Either in the sled or I'll use it in the snowblower. Try to keep it fresh.

Once a month sounds about right. It might get a little moisture in it.

Doesn't seem resonable but the plastic fuel cans and our tanks evidently let some fuel evaporate through them. One of the deals coming is our fuel tanks will either have to have a metal tank or extra bladder in them to eliminate this sometime down the road to meet EPA regs.

Read my thread on cold seizure to find out the consequences of light ends of fuel going away.

Good Luck
