My manual says 87 octane is fine, our 87 octane is oxygenated with ethanol but you can get 92 octane non-oxygenated fuel at most places. I have heard that the ethanol blend is harder on the carb boots etc.

What do people think?? I don't want to pay more for the non oxy premium unless it will make a difference. I have an 03 REV 800.

i always run 93 , sometimes 94 when i find it .
