finally got my 700 back together after the base gasket blowing out. I put in a .059 base and had crankshop cut the head, mach z tripple pipes, dyno port can, mach 1 rave springs, I tossed in some 320 mains, havnt driven it yet but it feels very snappy on the stand.
how does the jetting sound? I will do some plug chops anyways.
any body have a head cut so the combustion chamber sits below the surface of the head? seems like it could mess with the squish area between the chamber and the cyl wall. I've got 150lbs of compression now. havnt checked the squish yet. does this sound safe for pump gas? 93 octane

I had a 98 FIII 700 with crankshop pipes-going from my memory I ran 360 or 370 jets in it with a gutted airbox and vforce reeds. Ran the same base gasket/cut head combo also with zero issues-squish should be .060".
