With my probe location, dialing in by piston wash/plug color, my alarms were set @ 1250. This was with various XCR motors 800's & 1000's. It's pretty much the same for the Doo triple.
It all depends on where you have them mounted in relation to how far away from the piston the probe is.... According to ski doo's race manual they state that 80mm is the ideal location and anything over 1300 is burn down 1250 is supposedly ideal....
Burn down isn't a function of temp per say. You should get a basic idea using piston wash and what the plugs look like to just set a base line.
