Took the sled out for a test run today and it seemed to run great. That is until I hit the open field. As soon as the speedo hits 60km/h it bogs down and won't go any faster. Power seems normal until that point.

The problem is somewhat intermittent. I did manage to get up over 80km/h one run. But as soon as I slowed down and turned around the problem came back.

As for what has changed. I had the side panels off. As far as I can tell, everything is back where it should be, but I thought I'd better point this out.

Is it with the engine or clutches?

Is the sled reving to where it should be below 60 km/h?
Are you running old gas? You might want to pull the main
jets and make sure they aren't clogged. It would be easy
to burn it down if that was the case. Also, during your runs,
if you flip the choke does it surge with power? This might
give you an indication.

If you are running at 60km/h and overreving, then it could
be your secondary clutch is binding and not shifting out at all.

I also had a carb vent line get pinched one time and it acted
just like a fouled plug (or burn down) and wouldn't run either.

We need a little more data to diagnose.
