I'm ordering a LOOK trailer Monday and have a few questions on options.
1. This is a 7x10 cargo trailer used mostly for hauling a Tundra and small ice shack and will be towed with a 19 Tacoma with snow tires and extra wt in the back. I'm wondering if trailer brakes are a good idea. I've had them on an old camper, and they were pretty touchy so I'm thinking they could actually be a hazard on snow covered roads? Perhaps they are better these days?
2. The trailer I'm ordering has the metal frame undercoated, but the wood is not. Anyone coat the wood?
3. Should I get the ramp extension? or some type of front edge guard?
4. what are guys using to protect the wood floor from the carbides?
