SkidooSteve posted some pics of his that were welded on just recently. Welding is the best, but I don't believe it is a necessity. Let me know if your looking for a gauge, we have the new Koso gauge and Digitron units.

Let me know if your looking for a gauge, we have the new Koso gauge and Digitron units.Going to put EGT gauge on the sled and was wondering what is the preferred style of probes, weld on or clamp on? Not real fimilar with the available room on the Rev 800 (don't have the sled yet) as to which would work best. Any information/pictures would be appreciated.
Thank you

That's a good question and one I couldn't answer. Would have made things alot easier, lol. Thanks for the responses.
Looks like if you're going to ceramic coat your y-pipe you will want the weld on type.
Nikolai, why couldn't you just angle the probes so that you would not have to take the raves off?
