I hear that 500ssman's hero is looking at repealing (among other measures) the GST rebate for us 'visitors'....

Any word on WHEN that will go into effect?
Between the strong Canadian dollar and now this - makes me wonder if shoping norht of the border is worth it anymore!!!!
