Crank case

Hi I just cleaned my bottom half of the crank case and I noticed like pits on the bottom on the case where the counter weights fit in. Now will these pits (little holes) effect anything?

Its probably casting defects or something have already dropped in the case and djdamaging the case a bit.Send pics.
