yes, stock compression should be 145-150, and more importantly, they should all be consistent

the dealer said stock compression is 130

That depends on what is causing it - if its starting to sieze and the rings are "stuck" it will destroy your cylinders - Whatever the cause - its best to repair it - there is something wrong and it will only do damage if your continue to run it.
