I just did two cold compression checks on my sled with 2 gauges. One says 95 and 93, while the other gauge gets 112 and 110 for a 99mxz 600. So I guess I need to change my rings. Where and what brand should I look for? Any ideas on a price?

Did you do it with a warm engine or cold? Cold readings will show about 12-15lbs higher.

Where is the check valve located on the gauges you are using.
Some gauges have the check located at the gauge and not at the
spark plug attachment. If the check valve is not located at the
spark plug the volume in the hose is added to your combustion
volume and the readings are low. Test compression of a good cylinder/piston
to see what it reads with your gauge.

Always do your tests the same way. Cold motor(or warmed for X period of time), same # of pulls, throttle fully open while pulling, etc...

I wouldnt just throw a set of rings in it without measuring the pistons and cylinders.
