I did - that part works. That's what tech support said I needed to do too. It's when I try to sign into "My UPS" so I can track where the truck is the issue starts. I tried making a new account on that one too, the system says there is already an account for our address and it kicks me out.Why don't you just start a new UPS account with your new email?...
I was working with tech support when that kicked me out and the automated "do you want to take a survey" message kicked in. The previous 45 minutes of working on it was gone - poof! Lost in UPS tech support.
