Is goes by weight.... number of pounds your trying to acheive. You'll need to call your dealer or ask the forum what your stock setting is. The location of your spring (A,B,C - 1,2,3,4,5,6) determines your spring weight. There are charts available that can tell you what a B-4 setting provides for weight. You can also use a fish scale (get one up to 50lbs) to check your spring weight at different settings. Sounds like a lot of work but its fun and you can learn a lot. Good beer drinking project.
