THE GREEN/WHITE SPRING IS , ACCORDING TO THE 06 RACE MANUAL , A 200/380 SPRING, FREE LENGTH IS 111MM. HOPE THIS HELPS.
GOOD RIDING. BTW, WHAT ARE YOU THINKING OF PUTTING THIS SPRING INTO?

not sure why you want to raise it? but to each there own? High hard engagement in the deep = stuck

your stock spring is a 160-230, it's the 160 part your concerned with at engagement. rough rule o thumb is 10lbs=100rpms

a "green" 200 start will raise it about 400 rpms. If your trying to keep everything close to the same you'd pick a spring that had a simular finish tension. Closest you'll find is the 200-290. With more finish rate you may have to add a tad more pin weight OR clicker down to hold the rpms, for sure with the 380

I don't know much but I know higher engagement on that sled is the wrong way to go unless its to go with a whole package like DJs kit. I've got the same sled, put a 130/230 on it and love it- cooler clutches, lower egts, and better mileage from 0 to mid range and no diff at 3/4 to WOT. Some are even going with 100/230 or gearing down and using 100/200.
