changing to X-model steering

I have a 04 renegade and wanted to change the steering system over to the X-model bars and windshield. Could anyone help me with whats needed to do this, I know I need the handle bars, steering stem/pole. But I'm not sure if I need new throttle cable and brake line.

BRP have a kit that converts your adrenalin to X steering. I did it on my old sled. You get new steeringpost, handlebar, riserblock, pad and all nuts and bolts. You can still use your cables and brake line.
