Hi, I went from stock black to BRP Green secondary spring. I notice now if I am driving slow, just above engagement that the belt burns. Is this normal for stiffer spring? Should the dealer have changed anything else or is this considered normal? I look forward to others experiences.

Clutches are getting too hot. Belt may be too tight - check deflection. top cogs should ride over the top of the secondary.
Or the clutches aren't aligned, but if your dealer changed the spring you would think they would check the alignment ... never mind we are talking about a doo dealer. Check the alignment.
That kind of riding is hard on belts though.

Can the rev clutches really get very far out of wack with the motor mounted the way it is compare to the ole style of mounting. The old style had some adjustment, the rev mount seems like if it bolts in, it should be very close unless you lost shims from behind the sec.
