On checking the sled over prior to riding, I noticed some small cracks on the PTO side carb socket. The plug color looks good so I don't think it's leaking yet but I don't want to run it this way.

SOOO, when I replace it, will aftermarket reed valves make a significant difference in performance and if so, which one do you all recomend?

Thanks for the input.

Best bang for the buck are Boyesen reeds in stock sockets more bottom and midrange pull same on top as stock for about $70 bucks
or you can go with Vforce IIIs thay come with carb sockets and reeds and perform no better then Boyesens on the Dyno and there $270.00
good luck
